| The Evergreen Over-30 Soccer Team had a great season, making it to the playoffs.
The semi final game was held in Lancaster against the #1 team, Lancaster United.
Goals by Steve Heebner and Robbie Hoch secured Evergreen's place in the finals which took place at Evergreen on
Saturday November 20.
Next up was the Wyomissing Kickers. Evergreen scored first with a goal from Bob Kester. Wyomissing struck back quickly to tie the game at 1-1. Evergreen's Robbie Hoch drilled a direct kick past the keeper to give Evergreen a 2-1 lead. But again, Wyomissing struck back to tie the game. Evergreen had multiple chances overall but in the end, it was Wyomissing who took advantage and ended up winning the game 3-2. |
| The Evergreen Mens over-30 Team enjoyed a great soccer season. It is a joy playing soccer with you all. We look forward to the upcoming seasons. |
